High mast lighting is a type of site light fixture that is commonly used to illuminate large areas from a very high mounting height for storage, transportation, and pedestrian use and safety.
High mast fixtures are typically mounted on poles 40 feet to 150 feet tall, with four to 16 fixtures mounted on each pole.
This type of outdoor lighting is often used by municipalities, ports, municipal authorities, and in parking lots of large venues such as stadiums and sports facilities.
Freight terminals
High mast lighting can provide effective large-area illumination for outdoor logistics activities in airports, seaports, railroad terminals, and trucking terminals.
Freight terminals are often filled up with stacked cargo containers.
High piles of stock require a raised light source to provide adequate vertical illuminance and reduce shadows.
High mast lighting systems can be located remotely or used in confined spaces with no or minimal interference encroaching on adjacent cargoes or the loading and discharging equipment.

Lighting Distribution:
For Different application requirement, Razorlux Genius Series have different types of beam angles options.
at the moment we have 15° 20° 40° 60° 120° 140° beam angle available.
Razorlux has very strict Quality Control System, from checking and evaluation of incoming materials to
the delivery of products, each item will be checked and tested for several times.
Quality Control - Testing Equipments:
| For every piece of Razorlux 200 Watt LED Flood Light are tested in different procedures. |
| No. 1: Extreme temperature testing to make sure the lamps work stably and standardly under extreme temperature environment. (-40 to 60 degree) |
| No. 2: Anti-Corrosion and IP67 Waterproof Testing, to make sure the products are working well even undern corrosive and Wetting environment. |
| No. 3 & 4: Dark Room for testing IES files and other Photometric datas. |
Quality Control - Aging Department:
For every piece of Razorlux Genius™ LED Lights, they will be aged for at least 72 hours before shipment
to make sure of their long term and stable performances within lifetime.
